Governing Law

Any claim relating to Educational Computing Services Ltd's web sites shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Payment of Invoices

Official orders from Schools, Colleges, Academies and other Educational Establishments are welcome. As such goods are supplied on credit. An invoice will be issued when goods are despatched and payment is required within 30 days of the date of this invoice. Educational Computing Services Ltd reserves the right to vary the period of credit.

Delivery

Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.
Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following despatch of your physical order.
Please allow for up to 2 working days for delivery of digital goods that are to be downloaded.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for physical goods starts the moment you place an order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Your right to cancel an order for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, starts the moment you place an order and ends at 14 days after the day at which the contract is entered into.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel an order if you unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
Digital goods which are downloaded: At the time that you are provided with a download link for these digital goods you will be advised that your statutory rights to cancel the contract and receive a full refund under the conditions specified in the Consumer Contract Regulations will be forfeited if you go ahead and successfully download these digital goods. By clicking on the download link you are acknowledging that you have been asked to agree to the download before the download begins. Of course, your rights to a refund will not be affected if the goods are found to be faulty as specified in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we are unable to fix the fault or provide a replacement.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
